Converting from rowing to sweeping
Both sculling and sweep rowing are possible with the recently released SmartRow PRO.
Both a sweep oar handle and scull oar handles with boat native lengths will be delivered to you. To go from sculling to sweep rowing, adjust the oar handles and choose "scull" or "sweep left or right" in the app. The SmartRow PRO is a robust indoor rowing machine because of this feature, which demands more than twice the durability of all parts.

Stretchers for feet that can be adjusted
The SmartRow PRO has foot stretchers that can be adjusted, much like your boat. With the foot plate's height and length adjustments, your SmartRow can be the ideal indoor workspace. Because of this, the SmartRow PRO is the most lifelike rowing machine available.
Everybody has a different body size. As a result, your SmartRow PRO has foot plates that can be adjusted. Longer-legged people place their foot plates farther from the rail than do somewhat shorter-legged people. The joy you get from rowing is more important than your height.
Oar handles that rotate
In order to reproduce the actual rowing action in every detail, the SmartRow PRO has spinning grips. Instead of rotating 90 degrees, the hands rotate 71 degrees at the catch and completion.

Oar grips that can be adjusted

The SmartRow PRO has completely adjustable inboards and is designed for professional rowers who don't cut corners inside.
Handle height variation
The SmartRow PRO naturally adapts to the height of your upper torso.
The height of the handle is constantly changing. Naturally, persons with taller upper bodies will draw somewhat higher, while those with shorter upper bodies will pull slightly lower.
The Slide System
improves your rowing technique without the need for a coach and protects your joints. You seem to be floating.
Slides are always included with the SmartRow PRO. You learn to maneuver the boat below yourself rather than moving yourself up and down. This lessens the detrimental effects on your neck, hip, knees, elbows, shoulders, and back. The first indoor rowing experience is provided by the SmartRow.
